Lolev Beer brings a 110-year-old Lawrenceville building back to life with a modern, tech-forward aesthetic. This stylish 7,500-square-foot space features ample seating, café tables, a cozy lounge, and a large open-air dining room, as well as a loft area that overlooks the bar. Lolev is also available for private events of any size. Natural exposed brick, cathedral ceilings, dramatic lighting, and unique modern art pieces make Lolev a restoration and experience not to be missed. 

The Story

Lolev gets its name from the “Lower Level” Philadelphia-based homebrewing project of brothers Ted and Scott Slesinski. The brewing duo have a passion for creating distinctive and exciting options served in an environment that makes the experience memorable. Rotating taps provide new and delicious options including aged, saisons, and New England IPAs in their 20-barrel, steam-powered brewing system.
